Application Process

Harwood Hills Country School serves families in the Los Gatos and San Jose areas. We welcome families who reflect the diversity of the South Bay Area and who desire both a nurturing and an academic environment for their children.

Interested families are encouraged to visit Harwood to observe and experience all that the school has to offer. Personal tours are offered by appointment. Please contact our office at (408) 266-2400 to schedule a time.

Enrollment is accepted year-round as long as there is sufficient space. The application process for prospective families is as follows:

  • Schedule a personal tour of the school facility.
  • Submit a registration form and the yearly $100 registration fee.
  • Return all state and school forms before or upon the start of school.
  • Doctor's forms may be returned within 30 days of your child's first day.

Re-enrollment for the following school year is begun in March.
